Returns

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom-branded items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

How to Return

Email support@oakridgefusion.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
